- Check all merchandise entering and leaving Resort for proper documentation and authorization.
- Handing over all the finished GRNs to the Accounts Department.
- Handing over all finished Issue Vouchers and Transfer vouchers to Accounts Department.
- Check all goods received are in good condition with regards to quality & quantity stated in the invoice or delivery note and the purchase order.
- Prepare discrepancy report for goods delivered less than the invoiced quantity goods delivered in an unacceptable manner or damaged condition get approval from the General Manager/ Cost Controller and advice the supplier.
- Assist accounting personnel in periodic verification of physical inventories in all storerooms.
- Maintain security of storage areas at all times.
- Ensure all goods received and issued are entered to the system daily basis.
- Check regular basis all items in storage for expiry dates and slow moving and report accordingly.
- Making all the records and updating all bin cards when supply comes and verify with physical balance.
- Making the order form on date to the supplier.
- Making the bill for the local suppliers after receiving the items in good condition.
- Ensure that goods from store rooms are issued only on requisition authorized by the Department Heads & General Manager
