NO, you will NEVER have to take rental applications or show properties for rent!
You will only deal with property owners and investors. In fact, most are not even local, so you can work from anywhere, whenever you want.
Requirements
- You will need a Florida Real Estate License ( Don't have one? I can help!)
- Computer literate. Can you manage a zoom call, write an email and attach files?
- Coachable & Trainable - I prefer people with little to real estate experience. Chances are if you have been in the real estate business more than 5 years, you come with too many preconceived notions of what will work or wont work.
- Willingness to commit to success. I will invest my time in you, but are you willing to invest your time in yourself to succeed?
- Speak a foreign language? Spanish or German is a huge plus!
Who this position is NOT for:
- Negative minded people
- You dislike spending your day talking on the phone
- High pressure sales people
- Someone who requires a salary. Bet on yourself and earn unlimited income! This is a commission position, but one in which you can generate income extremely fast (faster than typical house deals).
