Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at LaGuardia Airport. The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for new hires, facilitating the on-boarding process and ensuring compliance with Port Authority badging requirements. The successful candidate will also assist in scheduling appointments for airport fingerprinting, SIDA, and badge renewals, while handling various administrative tasks delegated by the Terminal Director.
What You'll Need :
- Onboarding New Team Members :
Serve as the primary contact for new hires at LGA airport.
Become proficient as an Issuance Officer for Port Authority badging process.
Contact potential candidates to arrange airport fingerprint, SIDA, and badge renewal appointments.
Assist the Terminal Director with various administrative duties, including but not limited to :
Store customer service audits.
