Description
Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Co-Manager with Multi-Unit Management experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). If you're a highly motivated leader with a passion for delivering top-tier service and driving operational excellence, we want you on our team! Experience with Jersey Mike’s or similar QSR brands is highly preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple quick-service restaurant units at Orlando International Airport
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product quality across locations
- Partner with senior leadership to execute company initiatives and drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, policies, and standards
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in Multi-Unit Management within the Quick Service Restaurant industry
- Previous experience with Jersey Mike's or similar fast-paced brands highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience managing a team in a high-traffic location is a plus
