We are seeking a Server to join our team at Villa Restaurant Group. As a Server, you will be an essential part of delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for travelers. Your role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus while offering menu suggestions and answering questions about food items.
- Plate and serve food attractively, following established presentation standards. Ensure that each dish meets quality and portion control standards.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, coffee, and tea, ensuring consistent quality.
- Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately, processing payments and providing correct change.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring that all dining supplies are stocked.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional Guest Service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
