Your Role:
As a Multi-Unit General Manager, you will oversee multiple restaurant locations, drive operational excellence, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your leadership will be key in developing teams, optimizing performance, and maintaining high brand standards.
What Youll Do:
Lead and develop a team of managers and employees across multiple units
Drive operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
Implement and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency across locations
Monitor sales, labor, and cost controls to maximize profitability
Foster a strong team culture through coaching, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and company policies
What Were Looking For:
3 years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant industry
Shake Shack or high-volume, fast-casual experience preferred
Proven ability to drive sales and manage financial performance
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
Starting pay: 85k per year (Based on experience)
