Villa Restaurant Group is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to lead our new Starbucks locations at JFK Airport opening in 2025. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and experienced leader to build and inspire a dedicated team. Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be at the heart of our Starbucks team, overseeing every aspect of daily operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences and drive business success in a fast-paced airport environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and Motivate: Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team, cultivating a positive and supportive work culture that aligns with Starbucks and Villa Restaurant Group values.
- Drive Excellence in Service: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile, delivering exceptional service and quality that exceeds guest expectations.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations including inventory, labor scheduling, and quality control while maintaining an inviting and efficient store environment.
- Achieve Financial Targets: Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective strategies and managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain rigorous standards in food safety, sanitation, and airport security, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
What You'll Need:
- Experience: 3 years in a managerial role in a fast-paced, high-volume coffee shop or quick-service restaurant environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and manage teams, with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
