We are seeking a skilled and reliable Temporary Maintenance Worker with HVAC experience to join our team at Scotto Properties in Titusville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general building maintenance, as well as specific expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
What You'll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify and address potential problems.
- Complete general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with property management to plan and implement preventative maintenance programs.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Worker with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of other building maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
