We operate a variety of restaurant concepts in high-traffic locations, including airports and shopping centers. At (EWR) Newark Liberty International Airport, we are looking for a dedicated Multi-Unit Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency, team success, and outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do

Lead and support teams across multiple restaurant locations to ensure smooth operations and consistent service.

Train, motivate, and coach team members to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring proper staffing levels.

Monitor sales, inventory, and cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Uphold company policies, health and safety regulations, and airport security requirements.

Address guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.

Support new hire onboarding and ongoing staff development.

Collaborate with managers and corporate leadership to enhance performance and processes.
What You’ll Need

1-2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.

Experience managing multiple locations or high-volume operations is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Ability to pass airport security background checks.
