We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Terminal Director to lead operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive the success of our restaurants at one of the busiest travel hubs in the world.
What You'll Do:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of multiple quick-service restaurant concepts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with airport regulations.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability by analyzing financial performance and implementing improvement strategies.
- Guest Experience: Uphold Villa Restaurant Group’s high standards for guest satisfaction by maintaining operational consistency and resolving escalated concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and airport security requirements.
- Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with airport authorities, landlords, and other stakeholders.
