Open Position

Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center seeking Groundskeepers

Maintaining resort grounds year-round by keeping all areas safe, clean and visually pleasing for guests and employees to enjoy.

Multi-Acre, Year-Round Resort with indoor and outdoor activities

Flexibility is required as working hours include weekends & holidays

Outdoor work in all weather conditions with job duties adapting as dictated by weather/seasonal changes.

Mowing, weeding, trimming of hedges & shrubs, raking/falling leaf maintenance, shoveling and/or snow/ice removal, other various tasks as assigned by management

Maintaining garbage removal across resort grounds

Operating and maintaining garden/landscaping materials and equipment for all seasons

Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items, moving items etc.

Coordinates with Resort Management and/or other departments as needed

-Ability to tolerate the physical aspects required by the position

-Ability to lift 50 pounds

-Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Groundskeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
