Villa Roma Resort is in need of a Laundry Driver and Operations Associate
The Laundry Driver and Operations Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the property's linen service operations, ensuring efficient collection, processing, and delivery of linens throughout multiple facilities. This position combines driving responsibilities with hands-on laundry operations support, requiring both physical capabilities and organizational skills to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum of 1 year experience in delivery operations or laundry services
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Basic English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality laundry operations
- Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Background in customer service
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing, walking, and moving throughout shift
- Regular lifting and carrying of loads up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to push and pull heavy carts
- Manual dexterity for operating equipment and folding linens
- Capability to work in various weather conditions during transport operations
