The Villa Roma is a year-round resort currently hiring for multiple dining venues with a variety of dining styles. Venue types include fine dining, banquet/special events, café/diner, grill room and deli style.
*Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner shifts available * Full Time or Part Time*
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Operate cash register for processing payments
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and cash handling
- Excellent guest relations skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices for food handling and dining areas
