Patient Assistance & Comfort : Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating, ensuring comfort and dignity.Vital Signs Monitoring : Measure and document patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.Personal Care & Hygiene : Support patients in maintaining their personal hygiene, including oral care, changing bed linens, and assisting with bathroom needs.Mobility Support : Assist patients with moving, including transfers from bed to wheelchair, walking assistance, and positioning to prevent bedsores.Patient Observation : Monitor patients for changes in physical or mental health, reporting any concerns to the nursing staff or Unit Manager.Patient Safety : Ensure the safety of patients at all times by observing safety protocols and assisting with fall prevention measures.Companionship : Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, building trust and ensuring they feel heard and valued.Collaboration : Work closely with RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare team members to provide optimal care and contribute to patient care plans.Qualifications :
Active STNA certification in the state of Ohio.A passion for providing compassionate care and helping others.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.Ready to make a difference?
