Daytime Server/Mother's Hours
The Village at Proprietors Green is a well-established 149-unit Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community offering a continuum of Independent, Assisted and Memory Care apartments in Marshfield, MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy.
We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 75 years.
We seek a per diem Dining Room Server who is dependable, warm and empathetic when interacting with the elderly, with a willingness to work as a collaborative team member.
This position reports to the Director of Dining Room Services, fulfilling shifts from 7am to 1pm up to 3 days per week.
Previous food experience in restaurant, Assisted Living or health-related settings is preferred.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrated ability to handle food safely, perform sanitation tasks efficiently, and relate to the elderly and their families in a sensitive manner.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Taking orders and presenting menu items
- Serving food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
- Accommodating special requests from residents
- Cleaning tables and completing side-work
