The Village at Proprietors Green is a well-established Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community in Marshfield, MA owned and operated by Welch Senior Living. We value our employees and recognize that it is your dedication that makes our success possible!
We are seeking a part-time receptionist displaying a warm, friendly and professional greeting to all who enter our Senior Living Community.
This position is scheduled for three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 2pm – 8pm with the availability to fill in other days and times if desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answers the telephone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintains a visitor log book in a professional and informative manner.
- Maintains the resident “I’m O.K. List” and follows up daily.
- Receives and sorts administrative mail. Receives resident packages and notifies residents as
- necessary.
- Regularly refers to the Emergency Contact List, and advises the Resident Services Director when updating is required.
