McLaren Boston is looking for an Apprentice Technician to join our shop.

Job Type : Full Time
Pay : $20-22 / hr
Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-point inspections and make appropriate recommendations to ensure the customer has a safe and reliable vehicle
- Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish as needed
- Inspect tire pressure, rotate, replace and balance tires as needed
- Inspect and replace windshield wipers as needed
- Complete pre-delivery inspection on new cars
- Service vehicles in a timely manner for routine scheduled maintenance in accordance with dealer and manufacturer recommendations
- Communicate with the designated Service Manager or Advisor on a regular basis about work performed, necessary changes, new parts needed or any other concerns related to repair or maintenance work on vehicles
- Follow all safety requirements and local and federal standards when working with all tools and equipment
- Adhere to best practices when working in the automotive service environment by reporting any accidents or incidents to management as soon as possible
