Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join their amazing team.

Job Type : Full Time
Pay : $20-25 / hr
Responsibilities
- Processing / posting / auditing deals
- Accounts payable / receivable duties
- Submit extended warranty contracts and payment to vendors each month
- Assist in posting all bank funding and inform finance director of any funding delays
- Audit balances to ensure accuracy in submission of customer paperwork
- Assist controller with end of month procedures
- Act as a third back up for CVR Processing
- Process check requests received after verifying managers signature
- Post all service internal repair orders
