GMC Danvers is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join their busy store.

Pay : $75,000-$90,000
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
- Obtain the customers’ and their vehicle’s information
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance, repairs and services based on the vehicle information and history
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
- Oversee service orders & related documentation
- Set service appointments and assign tasks to service department employees
- Manage the store’s workflow and delegations to the service technician team
- Communicate and update customers on the progress of their vehicle
- Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
