Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of Breads and rolls and completing all other necessary prep for the day while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread including White, Wheat, Rye, French, and Sour loaves.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Prepare food neatly, accurately and in a timely way
- Clean as directed
- Treat co-workers with respect and dignity
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing food and cleaning up
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
