Village Bank is seeking an experienced Sr. Loan Operations Administrator with a proven track record in providing support to the Bank’s lenders, staff, and customers regarding all aspects of loan accounts and documentation.

About the Role

As Sr. Loan Operations Administrator, you will maintain a comprehensive understanding of duties within the Bank’s Loan Operations department. This position focuses on building strong banking relationships while being a resource manager supporting leadership on product implementation and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely support to lenders for a variety of loan types and complexity levels, including consumer, commercial, lines of credit, demand deposit loans, and participations.
Prepare loan documentation using the LaserPro system and book and maintain closed loans on the Bank’s core system Navigator.
Create permanent scanned loan files in the Director imaging system.
Complete payoff requests, process paid notes and apply loan payments and provide support for payments accepted by retail staff.
Work with the Bank’s Compliance Officer to ensure that all loan documents, procedures, and systems comply with loan related regulations.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to Bank staff and customers regarding all aspects of loan accounts and documentation.

Ideal Candidates Will Have :

High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred.

3 years of related financial institution experience including mortgage disclosure and loan documentation system knowledge.

Experience using LaserPro, Navigator and Director Imaging preferred.

Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, instruct others, interpret documents, understand procedures, write report and correspondence and speak clearly to customers and employees.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Commitment to providing superior customer service to internal and external customers, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships to collaboratively achieve Bank goals.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.

Prior work experience in a Community Bank a plus.

Compensation and Benefits :

The pay range for this role is between $29.00 - $37.00 per hour. Pay rate may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
