What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Program Director position at Village Behavioral Health?
Village Behavioral Health began providing mental health services to adults, children and families in 2014. Since then, we have grown to expand upon the services we provide to the community including supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse. We are currently looking for a highly motivated staff member to be a part of our team as an Assistant Program Director. This candidate must currently have a QMHP A, QMHP C or QMHP A/C license. Some of the duties expected include but are not limited to: Oversee, manage, and complete billing reports for all program and report resolution on low hours. Meet with program supervisors at least bi-weekly to support as well as ensure the proper management and accuracy of all programs’ important dates (assessments, reassessment, authorizations, reauthorizations, quarterly reports, discharge reports etc.). Work with the clinical director and serve as an active member of the Quality Management Committees to ensure all charts meet agency expectations as well as manage risk assessments and serious incidents. Maintain update to date knowledge regarding Agency compliance with all DBHDS, Medicaid, CARF and Human Rights Regulatory Standards via providing updates to the team monthly on changes etc. Must be able to communicate effectively to all staff and individual's we serve.
