Key Responsibilities
- Process escrow disbursements for property taxes, homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance, and other escrow-related expenses.
- Review and reconcile escrow accounts to ensure proper funding and disbursement.
- Conduct escrow analyses and adjust escrow accounts as needed to ensure compliance with RESPA guidelines.
- Research and resolve escrow discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
- Communicate with tax authorities, insurance companies, and borrowers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Assist in managing escrow account setups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in customer service within mortgage or financial services.
- Experience working with tax authorities and insurance providers.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing software and escrow analysis tools.
- 1 years of experience in mortgage servicing, escrow, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of escrow processes, tax payments, and insurance disbursements.
- Familiarity with RESPA, CFPB regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Proficiency in mortgage servicing platforms (e.g., MSP, Black Knight, FIS, or similar).
