Responsibilities
- Review and process supplemental claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify claim information for accuracy and agency compliance.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to claims.
- Communicate with internal departments and third-party vendors to gather necessary information or documentation.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain detailed records of claims, updates, and status in the system.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while processing claims.
- Complete a detailed loss analysis on loans, itemizing loan transactions and summarizing loan losses.
- Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
