Maintenance Technician :

Do you have building maintenance experience and are youlooking for a new opportunity?Baptist Life Communities in Erlangerwould like to talk with you!We arelooking for a Full Time (FT) Building Maintenanceperson to join our team in supporting our senior Long Term Care (LTC) and independent-living facility. The position is based in Erlanger with some float responsibility to our other location in Campbell County, Kentucky.
- Some experience in plumbing, electric, carpentry, and painting
- HVAC experience a plus
- Inspect and test equipment.
- Make minor adjustments to equipment.
- Replace worn and broken parts.
- Install parts and equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, electrical and electronic testing devices.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Install and repair wiring.
- Read and use manuals, work orders.
- Basic computer use.
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of work area.
Qualifications :
Valid Driver's License
Previous facilities maintenance experience
Excellent work ethic
Team player
Friendly and courteous to residents, family members, and fellow staff
