About the Role:
- Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as transferring, walking, and exercising.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Participate in educational programs and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff.
Salary and Benefits:
