We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN-PRN to join Village Caregiving: Eau Claire for our Tomah/LaCrosse location. This position offers flexible hours at a compensation of $50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
- Maintain patient assessments in CRM
- Communicate with Eau Claire office remotely
- Job has a case management aspect
- Travel up to one hour to assess patients in their homes
Requirements
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
