The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver
150 Bonus, after two weeks active employment

Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Help clients with light housekeeping, laundry, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuum, etc..
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to supervisors
- Provide companionship and getting to know your clients well

RESPONSIBILITIES
Medication reminders
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (, walks etc.)
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
Be compassionate, take time to spend with your client, get to know their likes and routines
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members
Report any unusual incidents to nurses, family and the office
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
REQUIREMENTS
Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required
Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification, but will provide
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
Physical endurance to complete required tasks
Reliable transportation, and current car insurance
