Job Summary:
Village Caregiving, a reputable healthcare facility located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual.
CNA Benefits
- Day & Afternoon Shifts (Part-Time Position)
- Pay Rate: $17-18/Hour
- Paid Training
CNA Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activities
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Assist with feeding residents and providing hydration
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members
CNA Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care or assisted living
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background check
