The selected candidate (LPN) will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area. The candidate will also conduct home visits on a regular basis and create detailed care plans. LPN Administrative Tasks:
- Managing administrative tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency.
- Employ caregiver and client compliance best practices.

- Train Caregivers on a needs basis.
- Communicate effectively with staff.
