Job Summary :
Village Caregiving in Clarksburg is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non Medical Caregiver to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in the healthcare / medical field located in Buckhannon, West Virginia. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by providing non-medical care and support with daily tasks. Compensation & Benefits :
The position offers PAID TRAINING, opportunities for advancement, very flexible schedules, competitive hourly rate of $12 to $14 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including supplemental medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities :
- Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients by implementing appropriate safety measures and following all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain open communication with clients, their families, and our team to ensure their needs are being met and any concerns are addressed.
- Document and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge in caring for clients.
- Respect and adhere to client's privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
