Job Summary: As a General Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of our community. Your responsibilities will include performing general maintenance tasks, assisting with repairs, painting inside areas and contributing to a safe and well-maintained living environment for our residents.
Schedule: Day Shift, Saturday-Wednesday

Essential Duties:
- Assists the Maintenance Director with community tasks as directed
- General maintenance, repairs and light landscaping
- Assist to keep the grounds and building in good working order
- Preventative maintenance
- Unit turnover and prep for new resident move in
Job Requirements:
- Maintenance experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
- Must be over 18 and able to pass a DSHS background check
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
