Job Requirements:
- Must have valid WA state LPN license
- Must be able to pass a DSHS background check
Essential Duties:
- Resident assessments
- Development of and updates to care plans
- Investigating resident falls and other incidents
- Overseeing the medication management program
- Supporting and leading care staff
- Following up on doctor appointments
