Village Concepts of Burien, El Dorado West has an opportunity for a strong Wellness Nurse. This position is perfect for individuals who prefer hands-on, day-to-day involvement with residents and staff.
- Schedule: Day shift, Tuesday-Saturday
Benefits and Pay
- Pay: $83k-$90k annually, DOE
- Health, Dental and Vision insurance, PTO and 6 paid holidays.

Requirements:
- A valid unencumbered Washington State Nursing license
- Over 18 and authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a DSHS background check
The preferred candidate will support in the following areas:
- Resident assessment
- Development of and updates to service plans
- Supporting care plan meetings
- Investigating resident falls and other incidents
- Following up on doctor appointments
- Taking call offs and covering the med cart when needed.
