What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director for Assisted Living position at Village Concepts?
Village Concepts of Port Angeles, Park View Villas is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable Maintenance Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in multi unit dwelling maintenance and is comfortable being an integral part of our community leadership team, actively participating in required meetings and trainings to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
- Schedule: Day Shift, Tuesday-Saturday

Essential Duties:
- General maintenance/repair of building including preventative maintenance
- Regulatory compliance of fire and safety systems
- Completing UTO's and preparing apartments for move in
- Oversees groundskeeper and housekeeping
- On Call in case of plant emergencies
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a DSHS background check
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the US
- Good general working knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical
- Possess a valid Washington State Driver's License, with clean record
