Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Shift Timing : 3 PM - 11 PM
Sign-On Bonus : $3,000
Your Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care and ensure resident comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments per healthcare provider's orders.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Deliver wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
- Support and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in their care delivery.
- Ensure that all care meets regulatory standards and protocols.
