LPN Position
Full-Time Role
Work Hours : 3 PM - 11 PM
Exciting Sign-On Bonus : $3,000
Your Role :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in promoting the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and implementing care plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering exceptional care.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.
