We pioneered the concept of the 'Family Dental Group Practice,' centralizing care under one roof by bringing specialists directly to our office.

In 1992, Dr. Terrance Smith joined the practice, leading to our name change to Knowles, Smith and Associates, PA.
We have since expanded, opening offices in Hope Mills in 1993 and Fayetteville in 1999.

Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Achieve superior customer service goals set by Practice.
Perform all clerical functions of dental office to provide patients with quality dental services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome new patients to the practice.
- Provide patient paperwork and review for accuracy.
- Inform patients of VFD policies (mission, prevention, warranty, emergency care, etc.).
- Takes diagnostic photos and escorts patients to the exam room.
- Reviews treatment plans with patients and schedules future appointments.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Dental experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
