**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating new patient experiences, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our clinical team.
**Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome new patients, reviewing paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Inform patients of VFD policies, including mission, prevention, warranty, emergency care, and payment options
- Take extraoral and intraoral diagnostic photos
- Escort patients to hygiene or doctor operatory for exam, scheduling future appointments as needed
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Dental experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficient in multi-line phone system and Microsoft Office
