Provides instructional and other supportive direct services to students under the supervision of and direction of the certified teacher and other professional staff. Implements conduct progress monitor and continuous system focus on student improvement. Energetically, participates and engages school-wide events and activities. Culturally responsive mindset, creative imagination, community orientation, work ethic and child-centeredness. Required to participate in ongoing professional development to support school improvement and student achievement goals. Must possess the ability to communicate with all stakeholders and inspire students to excellence.
Salary : $25,650 - $35,625
