Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of trucks and equipment. Your expertise in brakes, suspension, cooling, light engine work, and transmission systems will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair company equipment and vehicles
• Knowledgeable in brakes, suspension, cooling, light engine work, and transmission
• Drivability assessment diagnose sounds, check engine lights, sensors
• Ability to trouble shoot hydraulic mechanisms such as plows and dump trucks
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and instructions for repair and maintenance of equipment
• Demonstrates ability to problem solve electrical issues, 12/24V systems
• Metal Fab/Welding; wire feed and stick
• Performs preventive maintenance inspections

Qualifications:

Required

• 3 years of mechanic experience
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record
• Own your basic tools company to provide specialty tools
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred

• Class A license (CDL)
