Possibility for year round employment if candidate is interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months.
- Full-time Benefits eligibility with year round employment.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour DOE
POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as a key team member to ensure our customer properties are beautiful, safe, and well maintained. Our Lawn Maintenance Crew Member-Driver work in crews to complete lawn maintenance and ensure all jobs are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation.
They will build positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and team collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lawn Maintenance Crew Member-Driver
- Ability to perform tasks related to lawn maintenance
- Familiarity with lawn maintenance equipment including lawn mowers, string trimmers, pruners, and backpack blowers
- Ensures safe and clean work environment is maintained
- Provides excellent customer service
- Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
- Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal, non-verbal, and written
- Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
- Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
- Ability to drive company vehicles as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Required
- 18 years of age
- Able to pass a pre- employment drug test
- Have Driver License with clean record
- Have DOT health card or ability to obtain one
