Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the entire admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for residents and families.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community referral sources to drive admissions.
Conduct facility tours, explain services, and assist families in making informed decisions.
Collaborate with nursing, finance, and administrative teams to ensure proper documentation, eligibility verification, and compliance with regulations.
Monitor and report census trends, working proactively to maintain and increase occupancy.
Address inquiries from prospective residents and families in a timely and compassionate manner.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for admissions, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and implement marketing and outreach initiatives to strengthen the facility’s presence in the community.
Coordinate pre-admission screenings and assessments in collaboration with the clinical team.
Serve as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, and community partners.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or sales, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance processes, and long-term care regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and referral sources.
