Position Overview:
As an STNA at Village Green, you will provide essential direct care to our residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care and attention in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Help with mobility and positioning of residents to ensure comfort and safety.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and toileting needs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Report any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in the state of Ohio.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
