Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Conduct residential painting projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership in executing maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting electrical systems and logic controllers.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in fabricating, welding, and performing residential painting tasks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and working with logic controllers is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and residents.
