Job Summary
We are a well established Home Health Agency seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional care to our patients. This critical leadership role oversees clinical operations of the agency and related case management. Understanding of geriatric care and patient care customer service skills required. Ability to relate and interact well with key client resources and other acute and post acute providers is necessary, along with the ability to lead and support strong teams. Understanding of regulatory requirements and rigorous demands of RCD is preferred. This powerful role provides guidance and support to field clinicians for clinical care needs as well as OASIS assessment skills, time management improvement, etc.
The Director, Clinical Services is an important, high level leadership function requiring the ability to work independently, set a positive environment and take responsibility. Ability to execute plans is required.
Responsible for directing the clinical team and ensuring that systems and processes are in place to assure the strategic and operational guidance and support to all clinical services. Assures services are available and staffing is adequate and appropriate. Responsible for ensuring the patient care delivered is safe, effective, efficient, and complies with local, Federal and CHAP regulations ensuring adherence to documentation guidelines. Is accountable for achieving Financial, Clinical, patient and employee satisfaction goals. Provides input to Executive level decisions and keeps staff informed of executive level activities.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and improvement in agency performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and/or Healthcare required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare and/or Business Administration preferred.
- Nursing leadership experience as well as 3 years of Home Health experience required.
- State of Florida RN License required.
- Knowledge of current Home Health Industry, regulatory and state mandates.
- Ability to participate in developing and implementing organizational strategies to improve the delivery of care for interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $97,926.00 - $101,546.00 per year
