Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience. You will play a crucial role in managing guest relations, seating arrangements, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage the reservation system and maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
• Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, taking reservations and providing information about the restaurant.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and service efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• A passion for providing exceptional service to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
