JOB SUMMARY :
Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks involving the maintaining and reviewing of financial records and processing of financial transaction documents; performs related work as required. Work involves regular contact with other divisions, departments and residents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Chargeable Services Position
Monitors batches of chargeable services. Checks against source documents for corrections of coding, analyzes delinquencies, sends delinquent notices and follows up by telephone or letter when appropriate. Prints, reviews and distributes in-house assessment coupons.
Reviews purchase orders, invoices and related documentations. Codes or verifies coding and extensions and batches for computer processing.
Provides Escrow demands and updates to Escrow offices when properties go to sale.
Authorizes payments or prepares billings, posts records and prepares statistical reports.
Contacts employees or outside persons concerned with area of responsibility. Identifies and corrects discrepancies, balances accounts, provides information and answers technical and procedural questions.
