As an entry-level security position, the Gate Ambassador monitors the security and safety of the entrances to the Laguna Woods Village community.
Part-time: up to 24-hours a week, including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Screens and process guests entering the Community.
- Receives calls from residents and staff, and operates a computerized system to enter names of future guests.
- Checks all incoming traffic for decals, identification cards or passes.
- Verifies guests without passes by using the gate clearance software.
- Directs gate traffic and provides assistance and directions to guests.
- Maintains general observation of the area and reports unusual incidents to Security.
Qualifications:
- Must have computer skills and be able to multitask.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.52 per hour
