The Village of Dennison Police Department, located in Tuscarawas County, Ohio, is seeking qualified individuals for a Part-time Police Officer position. The qualified applicants must meet the following criteria:
Valid Ohio operator's license
High school graduate or equivalent
Must be a United States citizen
Must be 19 years of age upon date of hire
Must have a current OPOTA certification. Do not apply if you lack a current certification or your application will be rejected.
No disqualifying misdemeanor or felony convictions
Must be able to perform the duties of a patrol officer, including traffic and criminal investigations
Must be willing to work nights/weekends/holidays
Must pass background investigation and other pre-employment screening protocols
Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position as well as pass a complete physical
